Bertha Cross is the founder of Fitness Heights, International. She has a MBA and is a Certified Coach with Road Runners Club of America, Sports Nutritionist, and Aerobics & Fitness Instructor. She is an experienced runner with experience in the Marine Corps Marathon, LA Marathon, Richmond Marathon, Chicago, Virginia Beach Half Marthon, NovaScotia Half Marathon, Philadelphia Classic Half, Annapolis 10 Miler, Cherry Blossom 10 Miler, Komen Race for the Cure and various half marathons, numerous 5Ks and 10Ks.
She also has experience with Kickboxing, Advanced Aerobics, Weight Training, Tennis, Skiing and Biking. She is a fitness expert and business consultant. She has a heart for helping others reach their fitness and nutrition goals. She believes in teaching others how to help themselves. The programs are all geared toward the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency in having a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys working with everyone from the beginner to the most advanced. Thus, there are numerous programs designed for your fitness level. She believes that you should have fun while working out and that is why most of her programs take place outdoors.
